On March 30, 2013 a delegation of the Torlak Association Zhdrebche – Belogradchik will visit in the Republic of Serbia the local association Timocana – Torlaka of the Minichevo village. Each year, apart from many other events and initiatives, the two associations hold traditional meetings visiting each other in turns. This year the tenth anniversary meeting will take place, hosted by the Gralishte village in Zajecar municipality. The delegation will also include the deputy mayor Anton Trifonov, representatives of Belogradchik municipality’s leadership, Association activists and sponsors.
The Bulgarian guests will be welcomed by the leadership of Zajecar municipality. They will visit the natural and historical places of interest of the district center Zajecar and of the Gralishte village, and will see the traditional craftsmen exhibition. A concert of art ensembles from Veliki Izvor will be staged as well. In the evening the “Tenth Torlak Meeting” will take place at the village’s Culture House. A folk orchestra led by creative director Bokan Stankoviv will take care that everyone is in good mood.
