Roumiana Petrova, director of Regional directorate “Bulgarian Posts” Plc – Western region, welcomed all the visitors at the newly opened stand of Bulgarian Posts at the tourist site “Belogradchishki rocks”.
Among the guests were the mayor of Belogradchik municipality Boris Nikolov and Eliza Dzhambazova – director of the regional Post Station – Vidin. Workers from the post offices in Vidin, Montana and Belogradchik were also attending.
The occasion was the printing of an edition themed “Belogradchishki rocks” – illustrated post envelope with standard sign of the postal service and a special post stamp.
The illustrated envelope is printed in 3140 copies, with the author of the illustrations the artist Dimitria Dzigarova.
After the official issuance of the edition, the special post stamp will be provided to Post Station 3900 Belogradchik for 3 working days.
“The Belogradchik rocks are an incredible natural phenomenon. At the beginning of the summer season, we opened this stand of the Bulgarian Post in front of which we are now, in order to facilitate the tourists visiting the Belogradchik rocks and would like to share this experience with friends, and bring a nice souvenir”, Roumiana Petrova said.
Mayor Nikolov greeted all the participants in the ceremony and thanked for the attention and the promotion the Bulgarian Posts provided to the tourist site. He assured the management of the Posts that the municipality will continue their mutual collaboration and wished for the new post envelopes to reach many parts of the world.
